We offer liquid and UV (light-cured) varnishing of plastics and metals, a wide range of coatings, including soft-touch suede, metallic, with various degrees of gloss and many others. We varnish several million parts every year.
We work on automatic and manual lines, including:
- automatic line for applying UV and conventional coatings, dedicated to small elements, e.g. caps, cosmetic packaging, knobs for household appliances, furniture handles,
- Fanuc painting robot with the Wagner application, on which we paint larger components for the household appliances industry,
- parts with non-standard shapes are painted by experienced painters on two properly equipped manual lines, which guarantees the highest quality of workmanship.
We also offer pad printing and PVD vacuum metallization services.
