Kdesign GmbH, part of the Reifenhauser Group, with headquarters in Koenigswinter, Germany, focuses on intelligent solutions applied to the production of films in the extrusion process. Kdesign's goal is to provide dedicated solutions that guarantee increased capacity in production lines and, most importantly, clearly improve the quality of the end product. Kdesign's greatest achievement in recent years has been the development of the VARIOcool thickness correction system and the KARAT POWERflow high-performance air ring, which ensures consistent optimisation of quality and productivity in blown film production. Kdesign's latest product is the CENTRO-Freeze unit, which, thanks to its clever and innovative design, perfectly optimises the production of high-quality films and reduces the need for anti-block additives.
