Since 1999, Ekochem has been consistently building its position as one of the most comprehensive partners in the plastics industry in Poland and across Europe. Over the past 25 years, we have evolved from an importer into a manufacturer of advanced machinery, complete technological lines, and specialized plastic additives developed based on our own engineering designs, technical expertise, and laboratory facilities.

Today, Ekochem represents a unique combination of two worlds — as one of the few companies in Poland, we simultaneously design and manufacture advanced recycling and plastics processing machinery while also producing our own plastic compounds, additives, and regranulates. This synergy allows us to fully understand real production needs and deliver solutions that significantly improve efficiency, quality, and process optimization.

Our technological lines are built using high-quality European components and years of engineering experience. We provide tailor-made solutions ranging from single machines to fully automated recycling and regranulation lines for the plastics industry.

Our portfolio includes the AGGLO LRA 60 pelletizing line, certified by TÜV. The certification covers the entire technological production process of the line. Double-shielded heaters and sound-insulated drives ensure reduced noise levels and significant energy savings during operation.

The SMART pelletizing line, featuring integrated shredding, extrusion, and pelletizing within a single machine, has been designed for highly efficient recycling of films and HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE materials, as well as PP and PA6. The system is suitable for processing materials with low levels of printing or metallization and can operate with conveyor feeding, screw feeder systems, and edge trim recycling.

From May 19–22, during the PLASTPOL trade fair in Kielce, we will unveil an absolute breakthrough — a next-generation regranulation line with agglomerator, introduced under a completely new name. This innovative solution sets a new direction in plastics recycling technology, delivering even greater efficiency, higher-quality regranulate, and an even higher level of automation.

This will not simply be the presentation of another machine. It will be a showcase of technology created from the combined experience of a machinery manufacturer and an active plastics producer. This synergy enables Ekochem to develop solutions that directly address the real challenges of modern plastics processing and recycling industries.
