Founded in 1955, Sound Machinery is the earliest professional manufacturer of injection molding machine (IMM) and the originator of double screws & barrels construction for large injection volume machine in China, meanwhile it’s also the only one state-owned enterprise of IMM in China.

Sound undertook to formulate 6 national standards and 3 industry standards based on its 65 years’ experiences and won the National Quality Silver Award---the highest domestic honor in plastic machine industry.

Sound has two manufacturing bases which totally covers an area of 228,000㎡. Sound has advanced assembly line, automatic environmental painting line, advanced heat treatment equipments and three coordinate detection equipments in total 520 sets and 70 sets of advanced equipments imported from Japan, Czekh and Italy.

Sound concentrates on designing and manufacturing of high-precision and intelligent IMM, with three-system certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 accredited and CE accredited. Sound offers IMM covering clampig force from 1,000KN to 40,000KN, shot volume from 100 ㎝³ to 508,000 ㎝³, shot weight from 100g to 366,000g. Moreover, Sound owns a national post-doctoral research station and it’s perfectly capable of designing and producing customized IMM according to customer’s demand.
