Many years of cooperation with electronic companies such as Arburg, Windsor, Sandretto, DalMaschio and Tecnomatic, which we are responsible for, have allowed us to gather a considerable amount of experience with machine designs and plastics processing technology. Our experience gathered for almost 35 years allows for quick and practical use of service needs and comprehensive assistance to our customers. We are currently developing, with a well-known and valued injection molding machine company – ITALTECH.
We offer a wide range of diagnostic services for plastics processing machines (including ultrasound diagnostics of closing system tie-bars) as well as detailed analysis of the condition of plasticizing units. Thanks to cooperation with INPROS, we support our clients' activities in the field of multi-component injection technologically. At the request of our clients, we also develop and produce specialized workstations equipped with intelligent control systems designed and manufactured in our company.

Thanks to the cooperation with EUROPOLIURETANI, we have expanded the range of offered devices with machines for injecting polyurethane foams and for applying seals. We also offer ready-made chemical systems for these processes.

Recently, we have focused on preventive diagnostics, recognizing that it is better to prevent failures than… for example, to bear the costs of eliminating their effects. We have designed and successfully introduced to the market a whole series of BLOW family devices intended for early detection of raw material leaks from under the injection nozzle of the unit and in the installation space of heated channels in molds. This allows us to avoid long production breaks necessary to eliminate the effects of leaks and significantly reduces losses resulting from such events.

BLOW family devices have been entirely designed and manufactured in our company. This is our own project.
