(SensorTech) is a Canadian designer and manufacturer of advanced underwater acoustic solutions, specializing in piezoelectric ceramics, hydrophones, transducers, thin-line towed arrays (TLTA), and fully customized acoustic systems. SensorTech’s COMPASS Thin Line Towed Array (TLTA) is a compact, low-drag acoustic sensing system for crewed and uncrewed maritime platforms, including USVs and ASVs. Its 22 mm thin-line profile, small bend radius, and low SWaP make it easy to handle and deploy. Designed for high-fidelity passive acoustic sensing, COMPASS supports naval, scientific, and industrial applications, with Ethernet connectivity, GUI and API control, customizable configurations, PAMGuard integration, and optional non-acoustic sensors.

Combining a compact, low-drag 22 mm acoustic array with an integrated lightweight winch system, COMPASS+ enables efficient handling and automated operation through a web app or API. Available in a wide range of sizes, materials and geometries, our ceramics are produced under tightly controlled processes to deliver consistent performance and full traceability.
