POWER PROTECT – Mobile Hybrid Power Systems for Military Applications

Power Protect is a Polish manufacturer of mobile, hybrid off-grid power systems – Eco Generator – designed for locations without access to the electrical grid. The system combines photovoltaic panels, LiFePO4 battery energy storage, an intelligent energy management system (EMS), and a diesel backup generator. Solar energy is always the primary power source, followed by battery storage; the generator starts only when needed to recharge the battery.

For defence applications, Eco Generator provides stable, uninterrupted 24/7 power for mobile command posts, communication containers, observation points, and other field infrastructure – while drastically reducing fuel consumption, noise, and refuelling logistics, all of which are critical factors for safety and mobility in field conditions.

The Power Protect system has been selected to take part in the military exercise "DZIELNY BÓBR-26" (14–25 September 2026), conducted by the 11th Armoured Cavalry Division as part of the Eastern Shield (Tarcza Wschód) Programme, within the Polish Armed Forces exercise federation "CZARNY OBROŃCA-26 / BLACK DEFENDER-26". During the exercise, the system will power the containers of a mobile command post supporting computer and communication equipment, testing continuity of power supply, reduced generator runtime, and silent, unattended operation.

The solution's effectiveness is confirmed by hard data from a civilian deployment: since June 2026, the system has been powering office facilities around the clock on a Budimex construction site in Szczecin. Fuel consumption dropped by over 99% compared to a conventional generator (from approx. 2,500 litres to approx. 22.5 litres over the same period), with zero refuelling stops and full continuity of power supply.

Eco Generator is available in two power variants – PP 13 kW and PP 26 kW – in a mobile, trailer-based design ready for rapid field deployment, equipped with remote monitoring of operation and energy consumption.
