Description
A key area of NOXODA’s expertise is Ultra Low Light technology, which enables full-color imaging with minimal ambient light. These systems utilize natural night light—starlight, moonlight, airglow, and scattered light from infrastructure—allowing for passive observation without the need for active IR or LED illumination. Color imaging facilitates the distinction of people, vehicles, markings, and environmental features.
The technology is developed across two main product lines: AURORA and EOS. AURORA is designed for the most demanding night-time conditions and, depending on the configuration, achieves sensitivity levels as low as 0.00008 lux. EOS is optimized for operation in minimal residual light environments, such as moonlight, urban glow, or distant light sources. The use of specialized optics enables long-range, full-color observation spanning several kilometers.
NOXODA also adapts this technology for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Compact modules and pod-mounted cameras designed for UAV integration combine full-color night observation, optical and digital zoom, and image analysis capabilities that assist in detecting people, vehicles, and other objects. This enables the use of UAVs for night-time reconnaissance, wide-area surveillance, and threat detection without actively illuminating the area under observation. NOXODA’s portfolio also includes personal observation systems—such as digital helmet-mounted night vision devices, monoculars, and long-range observation units. These solutions enhance the user's night-time observation capabilities while retaining the advantages of digital imaging and portability, as well as offering additional functions that support situational awareness and documentation.
A second key pillar of NOXOD’s operations is ballistic protection. The company offers ballistic plates and helmets designed for both the civilian and professional markets. Its products are engineered to meet specific protection levels in accordance with Polish and American standards, with ballistic performance verified through testing conducted by the Military Institute of Armament Technology (WITU). Manufacturing is carried out under an ISO 9001 quality management system, featuring process controls aimed at ensuring consistent product performance.
NOXODA combines passive surveillance technologies, solutions for unmanned systems, and ballistic protection into a portfolio that addresses modern security needs. The common thread across these products is the enhancement of threat detection, recognition, and assessment capabilities, alongside the provision of user protection in demanding operational environments.
