KBA AUTOMATIC is a Polish engineering company with more than 15 years of experience in designing and implementing industrial automation systems worldwide.

One of our proprietary solutions is the Thermal Hazard System (THS by KBA AUTOMATIC), designed for the early detection of thermal anomalies. The system enables the identification of potential hazards such as equipment overheating, the early stages of a fire and other uncontrolled thermal events before they escalate into serious failures, material losses or operational downtime.
THS is suitable for deployment in industrial facilities, warehouses, logistics centres, energy facilities, fuel storage sites and other strategically important or defence related locations. The system can be integrated with the customer’s existing infrastructure.
The THS solution is developed and delivered by KBA AUTOMATIC in-house engineering team, drawing on expertise in PLC programming, electrical design, SCADA visualisation, machine vision and virtual commissioning. This integrated approach enables us to provide a complete solution - from system design and integration with existing infrastructure through commissioning and deployment to ongoing technical and service support.
