Wojskowy Instytut Wydawniczy (Military Publishing Institute) is a cultural institution supervised by Polish Ministry of National Defense. WIW publications cover issues on state security and defense. They are: Polska Zbrojna – a military opinion monthly; Przegląd Sił Zbrojnych – a quarterly, the only specialist magazine of this kind; and Kwartalnik Bellona – an academic magazine; and a historical magazine: Polska Zbrojna. Historia covering the history of the Polish Army and Polish arms. WIW also runs its own military news website: www.polska-zbrojna.pl.
