Thoni Alutec is a 3rd generation, privat held company with experience in production of aluminum castings dedicated for following markets: energy, aerospace, space, automotive, defense, medical, robotics, railway, mechanical engineering, engine technology and marine. Thoni Alutec is using following casting technology: gravity and low-pressure sand casting and low pressure die casting. In Our adventure with Aerospace started in 20210 as a member of Polish aviation valley. We have got following accreditations: AS9100 and NADCAP (for HT, metallurgical laboratory, NDT: FPI, X-Ray, penetrant crack testing and welding), export license control for military production. Company provides also following services: machining by turning and milling (around 70 CNC machines), CMM, laser arm scanning, painting, small assembly, orbital welding, leak testing.
