MJF 3D printing service
MJF 3D printing service
MJF (Multi Jet Fusion) technology, developed by HP, is a modern 3D printing method that uses powdered materials and binding agents simultaneously. The process involves applying binding agents via nozzles to each layer of powder. This differs from other 3D printing techniques because the areas to be fused are defined by the binding agents and then solidified by the simultaneous application of heat.
This two-step process makes it possible to create more uniform and durable objects in a shorter amount of time compared to other techniques.
Using MJF technology offers many benefits. Its unique approach to 3D printing allows for the creation of complex geometries that would be difficult to achieve with non-industrial technologies. Additionally, MJF produces parts with a high-quality surface finish, which reduces the need for further post-processing.
