SZCZĘŚNIAK Pojazdy Specjalne Sp. z o. o. is a family run company with Polish capital which was founded in 1992 in Bielsko-Biała.
We are a leading manufacturer of special vehicles in Central and Eastern Europe carrying out tasks for national security.
The largest group of vehicles we produce are fire trucks. In addition, the cars manufactured at our company are used by units: the army, the Border Guard, the Police, Energy and Gas services and other entities. Every year, approximately 300 various types of vehicles leave the plant's gates. More than 30% of our total production is exported - to 35 countries on four continents.
In 2013, we opened a modern production plant. On an area of over 47,500 m², we have located three production halls, an administration building and our own training ground where we conduct tests and trainings.
People are part of the company's DNA, currently it is a team of over 200 highly qualified specialists. Experienced engineering staff, modern technologies and materials, and an advanced design office enabled us to develop and patent many innovative technical solutions.
Adapting to modern requirements and expectations, we use innovative solutions and technologies in the production process. This includes: the result of the company's cooperation with universities and scientific institutes, an example of which is the use of a modular system with improved ergonomics and optimized position of the center of gravity height in the construction of firefighting bodies. We developed it in cooperation with the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Military University of Technology and the Military Institute of Armor and Automotive Technology.
As the first company amongst the manufacturers of fire-fighting vehicles in the country, in 2005 we introduced a Quality Management System according to the ISO 9001 series of standards which was extended by implementing the procedure resulting from AQAP 2110. This enabled us to fulfill orders for the NATO armed forces. We also have the NATO Code of National Economy Entity (NCAGE)1789H, assigned under the NATO Codification System and since 2006, we have a license to conduct business activities in the field of production and trade in products for military and police purposes.
In recognition of activities for national security, by the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of September 20, 2019, our company was included in the list of entrepreneurs of special economic and defense importance and is the only fire-fighting company on this list.
The quality of the products manufactured by the company is confirmed by the satisfaction of vehicle users, as well as the awarding of over 100 awards and distinctions at prestigious fairs and exhibitions, including multiple awards in the State Security Leader competition and Defender awards granted during MSPO.
For the past 32 years, we have been developing Polish technical thought and cultivating industrial traditions based on domestic capital.
