Acquisition of Vitron (end of 2023) to expand optical capabilities. Vitron is a recognized specialist since 1991 in the manufacture of materials and components for infrared optics, including zinc sulfide and chalcogenide glass.
Opening of a new optical brazing workshop (early 2025) in France, dedicated to assembling transparent materials for advanced optronic components.
