Foundry "SILUM" l.l.c. is a Polish company with over 30 years of experience in the production of pressure castings from aluminum alloys (Al-Si). We specialize in medium-sized castings weighing from several to 15,000 g., delivering approximately 7,000 tons of castings per year to customers from the automotive, household appliances, electronics, pneumatics and many other industrial sectors. We have 18 pressure casting machines with a clamping force of 2,500 to 13,000 KN, most of which are automated casting cells equipped with robots, trimming presses and metal feeding systems. Currently used materials: EN-AC 46000, EN-AC 47100, EN-AC 43500, EN-AC 44300, EN-AC 43400. We produce series from 1000 to 2 million pieces/year. We offer our clients comprehensive services, from creating a 3D model and casting drawing, through the production of a pressure mold and the necessary production equipment, surface and machining of castings, assembly of components, and delivery of products using our own transport to the assembly line or the customer's warehouse. At the Foundry, we utilize innovative production technologies and employ highly qualified personnel, which, along with our IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 quality certificates, guarantee the high quality of our products.
