MAN Truck & Bus Polska runs the sale and provides customer service for all MAN and Neoplan vehicles. In 2024, the company delivered a total of 8,200 vehicles, new and used ones. This included nearly 6,000 new vehicles: 4,101 trucks, 1,437 vans, and 207 buses. All vehicle types available from MAN Truck & Bus are manufactured in Poland. On the domestic market, the company maintains a network of 36 service points, both partner authorized service stations and own service centers. It also operates two production facilities in Poland. The production plant of MAN Trucks sp. z o.o., located in Niepołomice, near Krakow, is the most modern truck factory in Europe and one of the largest in this part of the world. It was opened in 2007, to be expanded and modernized in 2023. MAN is also the largest bus manufacturer in Poland, with its MAN Bus company, situated in the city of Starachowice. This manufacturing facility is positioned as the competence center for the production of city buses across the entire MAN Group. The Volkswagen commercial vehicle factory in Białężyce, near Września, manufactures the MAN TGE van. Since 2006, the city of Poznań has been home to the MAN Shared Service Center, a financial and accounting hub established to manage accounting processes for most of the MAN Group’ European companies. With a wide range of its chassis (TGX, TGM, TGL, TGS) manufactured in Niepołomice and the TGE van built in Białężyce, MAN Truck & Bus Polska offers perfect conditions to support the Polish defense industry. MAN provides a guarantee of access to state-of-the-art technologies and high production capacities. The company hires almost 7,000 people in Poland. The number of employees of service partners exceeds 1,000 people. MAN remains a recognized employer nationwide: MAN Truck & Bus Polska has twice received the “Top Employer,” “Poland’s Best Employers,” and “Friendly Workplace” awards, and has been titled “Responsible Employer” and “Reliable Employer,” while MAN Trucks has received the “Top Employer” award five times.
