Grupa Niewiadów–PGM S.A. is a dynamically growing defense industry holding company, established through the merger of Grupa Niewiadów S.A. and Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. Today, the Group combines over 100 years of ZSP Niewiadów’s defense manufacturing tradition with modern technologies and a flexible approach to market needs. It operates in both the military and civilian sectors, offering precision equipment, dual-use solutions, and unmanned systems.

A major strength of the Group lies in its extensive industrial capacity, continuously modernized production assets, R&D facilities, and comprehensive warehousing resources. This enables the Group to engage in industrial cooperation with both domestic and international partners—providing project support from concept development, through prototyping, to serial production.
Its strategic location in central Poland ensures efficient logistics and access to key markets. The Group has the capability to deliver projects in the field of ammunition, including 155 mm ammunition—essential for modern armed forces. In 2025, our subsidiary ZSP Niewiadów signed several new long-term contracts with the Armament Agency for its products.

The past year was a breakthrough for the Group—the merger with Polska Grupa Militarna opened a new chapter in operations and enabled entry into the stock exchange. External investors placed their trust in us by supporting our project to build a large-caliber ammunition factory. We concluded further contracts with the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, expanded cooperation with international customers, and launched promotional activities beyond the European Union.
Grupa Niewiadów–PGM S.A. is also enhancing its technological capabilities—we initiated new R&D projects and launched a modern research and development center together with our own testing facility. This infrastructure enables independent ballistic trials, functional testing, and work on new defense technologies.

The Group consists of specialized subsidiaries: ZSP Niewiadów, Tech Robotics, Elaboracja Niewiadów, Fabryka Amunicji Pocisk, GN Logistics, and Proguns Group, all developing technologies in the areas of drones, ammunition, weapons, and military logistics. Close cooperation with the Ministry of National Defense and our presence on the capital market confirm the Group’s stability and credibility as a partner in strategic projects.
The ambition of Grupa Niewiadów–PGM S.A. is to build one of the most important private defense industry centers in this part of Europe—integrated, modern, and prepared for the challenges of the 21st century.
