RAW MATERIAL
The production process uses a compound of polypropylene copolymer and mineral particles, which ensures the highest level of resistance of the boxes.
External elements (e.g. handles, latches) are made of the same homogeneous component as the main part of the box.

VENT VALVE
EXPLORER boxes are equipped with a manual vent valve protected against unscrewing of the valve head;
the basic pressure regulating element is a durable seal, which works particularly well in muddy, sandy, and dusty terrain. The valve can be easily removed and cleaned.
The manual vent valve allows the boxes to be used to transport equipment that is not very resistant to sudden pressure changes, mainly in air transport (the automatic valve operates continuously).

VERTICAL STORAGE
The external design of the boxes allows them to be stacked vertically in a secure and stable manner;
vertical stacking is also supported by special (patented) feet and a shock-resistant box lid surface with appropriately profiled tabs.

The NCS ST series cases are designed for transporting and protecting equipment even in the most demanding conditions. To meet customer expectations, this product has been designed in such a way that it can be adapted to the individual needs of users. An innovative feature of these boxes are the transport handles located on the shorter sides of the boxes—they have no moving parts and do not require riveting, which makes them more durable than standard boxes. This solution minimizes the risk of the entire structure coming apart and improves the comfort and safety of those handling the boxes. Corner handles allow for additional fastening in case of transport and lifting of boxes with a crane or, for example, a forklift. Pressure valves and humidity indicators can be installed in sockets that protect them from damage. Three identification fields are used, one on each side of the box. One on the short side and, optionally, on the box lid in the form of a sticker.
