BMF is the exclusive representative of the Winmate brand in Poland – the largest Taiwanese manufacturer of professional rugged equipment. At stand 7Z-25, BMF will present products under the VELEX brand, designed for the operational needs of uniformed services, rescue teams, and tactical patrols. VELEX develops specialized all-wheel-drive electric vehicles that combine quiet operation, zero emissions, and excellent off-road performance.
Showcased vehicles will include:
VELEX ALASKA – a large 4x4 electric ATV with a powerful motor, high-capacity battery, and advanced user electronics,

The VELEX Sampler is a zero-emission, electric 4×4 off-road vehicle designed for operational operations in challenging terrain. Equipped with four 3000 W motors in each wheel and a 3000 Wh battery, it offers a range of up to 80 km and a top speed of 75 km/h, ensuring fast and quiet travel during patrols or special operations. Thanks to its low weight and high payload (up to 200 kg), the VELEX Sampler is ideal for forestry, border, and rescue services.
The VELEX Sampler 4×4 is an electric off-road vehicle designed for intensive use in law enforcement and field services. Equipped with 4 x 3000 W motors and a built-in 3000 Wh lithium-ion battery, it offers a range of up to 80 km and a top speed of approximately 75 km/h.
The vehicle's compact dimensions of 175 x 86 x 137 cm and a weight of 135 kg, combined with the 4×4 drive and AT23 x 7-10 off-road wheels, provide excellent maneuverability and traction in challenging terrain.
Full suspension (front and rear), a 1162 mm wheelbase, powerful disc brakes on both axles, and a maximum load capacity of up to 200 kg make it an ideal tool for special operations.
