KWATERA supports the housing needs of soldiers of the Polish Armed Forces and their families, fulfilling a vital public mission that complements the responsibilities of the Military Property Agency (AMW).

In addition to our statutory role, we are also active on the commercial real estate market, cooperating with housing communities, developers, institutions, and private property owners across Poland.

What We Do
• Property Management
We have managed residential properties since 2002. With over 20 years of experience, property management remains our core area of operation.
KWATERA currently oversees approximately 4 million m² of residential space and over 35,000 housing units, through a central office in Warsaw, 10 regional branches, and more than 50 local offices nationwide.
• Residential Construction
To date, we have delivered 16 residential estates for soldiers and their families. In 2021, we launched a new housing project on Gilarska Street in Warsaw and began preparations for further investments in Kraków, Siedlce, and Elbląg.
• Construction and Technical Services
From the outset, KWATERA has provided a wide range of services for residential construction on a national scale.
Our in-house engineering and technical teams, equipped with certified expertise and professional equipment, enable us to offer comprehensive, efficient, and high-quality support for property maintenance and infrastructure projects.
• Property Rentals
We offer well-maintained, safe, and competitively priced rental properties in attractive locations throughout Poland.
