Description
The SiloControl grain storage monitor and control system is set to supervise condition of material in grain silos and to automate the processes of storage and low-temperature drying of cereals, corn, oilseeds and legumes. It is designed to be used in silos with a flat, perforated or funnel bottom with the possibility of supplying an appropriate amount of drying air under sufficient pressure from the bottom of the bed. SiloControl consists of a control module, a monitoring probe lowered into the silo before grain is poured, containing temperature and grain humidity sensors, and a temperature and air humidity sensor in the silo's vincinity. The system is operated via an application installed on a mobile device, which allows one to monitor the preservation and qality status of the contents of the silo and control the operation of its appliances. The application displayes temperatures at various points in the bed, grain moisture, atmospheric air temperature, and relative humidity. It allows selection of the system operating mode, change of drying process parameters such as bulk grain weight, target grain moisture, drying air heating temperature, and remotely switching on and off the fans and air heater. SiloControl automation optimizes the system's operation to achieve the best economic effects of the storage process and product quality parameters.

The SiloControl expert team offers comprehensive services in the design and implementation of IT systems for grain storage in silos and grain silo batteries, tailored to the needs of a specific farm and grain trade business. We apply wireless communication technologies in the IoT cloud, adaptive control systems based on AI artificial intelligence, our solutions is designed to work in autonomous off-grid power mode from PV solar panels
