We have been developing and manufacturing "smart GasDetection Technologies" in Dortmund, Germany for over 60 years. We haven't always called it that, but what motivates us hasn't changed over the years: protecting people, property and the environment from the dangers that gases can pose.
The fact that we focused on our core competencies from the very beginning has paid off. Currently, GfG is the world's largest owner of gas detection systems and measuring instruments. With 4 production plants and 10 representative offices around the world, we have an international presence and can maintain close contact with our business partners and customers.
By listening to our customers and our experts in the field, we use this information to develop new products and continuously improve existing ones. We invest around 13% of our annual turnover in research and development of new devices and sensors.
But we don't just want to build the best gas detection systems. We also want our devices to be durable and economical. That is why, for example, we do not develop one-off solutions, but develop concepts that make high-quality gas detectors available to every company.
