PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
• Machinery: 13 die-casting machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 to 1,650 tonnes
This enables us to manufacture castings of various sizes and levels of complexity, with process parameters precisely tailored to each customer’s requirements.
• High-pressure die casting using various aluminium alloys
Alloys currently used: EN AC 46000, EN AC 43400, EN AC 47100, EN AC 44300 and STENAL 460.
• Machining
Seven modern 3- and 4-axis CNC machining centres from Fanuc, DMG, DMU and Omnitec.
• Advanced surface finishing technologies
Powder coating, shot blasting, vibratory finishing, polishing, grinding and chrome plating.
• A wide range of functional and protective coatings
Including SurTec®, anodising and Xylan®.
• Assembly of components in accordance with customer documentation and standards.
