Refal Ltd. is a group of fruit and vegetable producers bringing together orchardists and farmers from the Sandomierz area. The group was established in 2009 on the initiative of orchardists from the Sandomierz district. It specializes in the storage, sorting, and sale of apples as well as other fruits and vegetables. The company's facilities are located in the village of Łukawa, 10 km from Sandomierz. Our complex includes cold storage with controlled atmosphere, a sorting facility, and social and office spaces. Sandomierz is not only a historic but also picturesque and one of the most beautiful regions in Poland, where fruit farming has been rooted for many generations.
The orchard area of the group members exceeds 250 hectares, while apple production is about 12,000 tons per year. The main product is dessert apples. In smaller quantities, pears, plums, cherries, sweet cherries, and vegetables are also grown. The preparation of the goods takes place on a "Perfect" sorting line with water unloading. The apple varieties offered throughout the year are: Golden Delicious, Mutsu, Gala Must, Idared, Jonagored, various Jonagold mutants, Elise, Szampion, and others. The fruits are packed in a wide range of packaging depending on customer requirements.
