Targi Kielce’s Fishing and Survival Festival – The Catch with Hindsight

The 2nd Fishing and Survival Festival at Targi Kielce drew hundreds of fishing, survival, and outdoor enthusiasts, showcasing the best the industry has to offer. This year’s event attracted over 100 exhibitors from across Poland, presenting a vast array of equipment, accessories, and innovative solutions for both seasoned anglers and beginners alike.

A Wide Range of Fishing Gear on Display

The trade fair featured leading brands in the fishing world, exhibiting cutting-edge gear for various fishing styles. Visitors explored stands displaying spinning, feeder, carp, fly, and catfish rods, alongside an extensive selection of baits, lures, and accessories. Renowned names such as Bandit Carp, Undercarp, Bison, Robinson Europe, Carp Seeds, and Method Mania showcased both their latest innovations and trusted products.

Boat and pontoon exhibits were a major attraction, with Viking Boats, Brema Boats, and PTHU TOKAREX presenting modern vessels tailored for fishing. Anglers had the chance to test equipment firsthand and receive expert advice. For those seeking advanced technology, exhibitors offered echo sounders, underwater cameras, and state-of-the-art electric motors designed to enhance fishing efficiency.

Survival Skills at Their Finest

The festival also served as a hub for survival and bushcraft aficionados. Highlights included talks by Michał Madej of the MADEJÓWKA Bushcraft & Survival Association, who covered essential first aid and survival kits for anglers, and Łukasz Tulej “Tooley,” who shared insights on sport fishing in the Amazon and surviving extreme rainforest conditions.

MADEJÓWKA also hosted hands-on workshops on water first aid, survival communication, and handling injuries and bites in the wild. The Children’s Zone, organized by the Polish Angling Association Youth Council, offered young visitors educational games, fishing basics, and lessons on protecting aquatic environments.

Motoserce Blood Donation Campaign – Passion Meets Compassion

A standout feature of the festival was the Motoheart campaign by the OLD BIKERS MC Association. On Sunday, visitors had the opportunity to donate blood and support those in need. Donors were rewarded with commemorative gifts and festival tickets, perfectly blending passion for the outdoors with a spirit of generosity.
