NESTRO® – Complete Dust Extraction Systems for the Metalworking and Foundry Industries
Since 1977, NESTRO® has been designing and manufacturing industrial dust extraction, filtration and process ventilation systems. We supply both individual filtration units and complete systems – from process analysis and engineering, through manufacturing, delivery and installation, to automation, commissioning and service.
For the metalworking, metallurgical and foundry industries, we design solutions for the extraction and filtration of dust, fumes and other airborne contaminants generated during processes such as laser and plasma cutting, welding, grinding, polishing, sandblasting, surface treatment, powder coating, and the conveying and transfer of bulk materials.
NFZ JET and NFZP JET – cyclone filters for demanding industrial processes
Among NESTRO’s key solutions are the industrial NFZ JET cyclone filters with filter bags and NFZP JET cyclone filters with filter cartridges. The combination of cyclonic pre-separation and final filtration enables efficient dust extraction even in processes with high dust loads.
The automatic JET cleaning system regenerates the filter elements with compressed-air pulses during system operation, ensuring stable performance even in continuous-duty applications.
NFZ/NFZP JET cyclone filters offer:
• air volume flow rates of up to 38,220 m³/h,
• filter areas of up to 294 m²,
• operation under negative or positive pressure up to 15,000 Pa,
• pressure-shock resistance up to 0.5 bar,
• suitability for dusts with Kst values up to 270 bar·m/s (ST2),
• indoor and outdoor installation.
The units can be combined with rotary valves, dust collection bins and systems for conveying the separated material.
From the extraction point to a complete system
NESTRO designs the entire system: extraction points, hoods and booths, ductwork, cyclone filters and JET filters, industrial fans, dust discharge and conveying systems, automation, and explosion protection solutions. Return-air systems and energy recovery can also be incorporated.
Each system is individually engineered according to the process, dust characteristics, required air volume, emission requirements, safety requirements and the specific operating conditions of the plant.
