Böhmer ball valves have been synonymous with safety and absolute reliability for over 60 years. Based in the Ruhr industrial area in Germany, we manufacture high-quality ball valves that set industry standards in terms of quality and operational reliability.
Our ball valves are designed for a wide range of industrial applications, ensuring safe shut-off in district heating, oil and gas, as well as in both above-ground and underground pipeline systems. Even under extreme conditions, Böhmer ball valves stand out due to their exceptional quality and safety.

Hydrogen is not a new topic for Böhmer. Decades of experience, combined with multiple certifications such as the H₂-Ready certificate, make us one of the leading manufacturers in this field.
Today, BÖHMER produces ball valves for nearly every application, covering nominal diameters from DN 3 – 1400 (1/8 – 56 inches) and handling pressures up to 700 bar (and in the ANSI range, up to Class 2500). To maintain our leadership in the industry, we continuously invest in modernization and innovation. Our production facilities house one of the most advanced machine parks in Germany.
Our fully welded ball valves feature a one-piece solid housing with pressure-containing components made from forged materials. This ensures a robust and reliable ball valve with an extended service life.
We develop and extensively test new materials, designs, and processes in-house. However, we firmly believe that the true foundation of our high product quality lies in the experience and dedication of our employees—true to our motto:
