Recently, we have significantly improved the methods of manufacturing roofing materials from the roof communication and snow protection departments. Thanks to the introduction of the clinching process, time-consuming welding has been eliminated. It has become possible to use pre-galvanised materials that are immediately suitable for other processes, such as powder coating. This has resulted in higher quality, more durable products without increasing production costs and, consequently, the cost of the product.
Our latest product line includes ventilation-related materials: chimneys (insulated, uninsulated), sewer vents and roof vents, as well as solar and antenna passages. The roof construction elements delivered to our customers are the end result of design work carried out since 2020. All of them are manufactured using plastic injection moulding.
Our guiding principle is to minimise the need for additional tools and connecting elements, such as rivets, pins and screws, during installation. We strive to design convenient, quick and intuitive screw and click-in systems wherever possible.
Importantly, Parotec does not focus solely on technical issues. It is true that these are our priority. However, aesthetics are no less important to us. All the roofing materials we offer share a uniform visual concept based on minimalism and simplicity. The use of Parotec products across the entire roof surface allows for a consistent finish, which has a positive effect on the aesthetics of not only the roof itself, but also the entire building. The vast majority of materials in our range are available in a variety of colours from the RAL palette.
