Interesting workshops and Expert's Day at the AGROTRAVEL Expo

Among the fringe-events of the International Fair of Rural and Agricultural Tourism AGROTRAVEL there were also special workshops held in the Targi Kielce Congress Centre. The meetings' topic scope was associated with, inter alia renewable energy sources or ecological certificates. Ukrainian artists were also presenting the glamour and diversity of decorated Easter eggs and showed the craft of paper-cutting. The workshop participants had the chance to become familiar with renowned Ukrainian artists' techniques - the session was both theoretical and practical.

Within the Expo scope the Polish Tourist Organisation held the Experts' Day in whose objective was to promote rural tourism and disseminate knowledge PTO's campaigns for the benefit of countryside holidays. The experts' day focused on "Sustainable tourism as a key to agrotourism services' success"

The AGROTRAVEL programme also included the conference on "Meat smoke flavouring impact on food safety" And in the meeting processes of meat-products smoking, smoke generation and material selection as well as the European Union regulations on smoking were discussed.
