The Council has a consultative and advisory nature.  The Vice President will bring the employer community’s perspective to the table.

The Council comprises three members representing the voivode, while the remaining members are appointed by the voivodeship assembly, the district convention, the social dialogue council, employers’ organisations and jointly by the army, police and fire services.

In addition to the president, other members were appointed for a four-year term:

1. Michał Cichocki - Director General of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office, Katarzyna Świercz - Director of the Department of Finance and Budget of the ŚUW and Jacek Matera - Director of the Department of Organisation and Personnel of the ŚUW (representatives of the Świętokrzyskie Voivode),
2. Olga Chaj and Grzegorz Banaś (representatives of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Assembly),
3. Anna Waksmundzka-Walczuk (representing the Convention of Counties of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship),
4. Elżbieta Drogosz (on behalf of the Provincial Council for Social Dialogue),
5. Marcin Chatys (representative of the Head of the Central Military Recruitment Centre in Kielce, the Provincial Commander of the Police in Kielce and the Provincial Commander of the State Fire Service).
