THE NATIONAL SAFE STADIUM CONFERENCE - 19TH EVENT IN THE SERIES - KICK OFF

This year's "Safe Stadium" is a wrap-up for this year's FIFA U-20 World Championship

It has been almost 20 years since this significant point in Targi Kielce's calendar of events appeared; the National SAFE STADIUM Conference co-organized by the Polish Football Association is the annual event which  - every year, about 400 representatives of the sport milieus, football clubs and public entities responsible for the safety of mass events participate join the conference -

Guests were welcomed by:  City of Kielce Mayor Bogdan Wenta and Vice President of the Management Board of Targi Kielce Bożena Staniak.

- Sport generates huge revenues.  Thus new jobs are created.  The development of this sector is very important - said Mayor of Kielce Bogdan Wenta.

However, Poland’s football matches safety and security level is the heart of the conference.

The panel discussion which is very popular among the audience brings together: Zbigniew Boniek - President of the Polish Football Association,  Jarosław Szymczyk PhD. - Police Commander-in-Chief and Jan Tomaszewski - former Polish national team’s football player. Professor Steve Frosdick,   a British independent expert on safety and security at sports grounds Great Britain lectures on  "An integrated approach to football matches safety - cooperation between the organiser and the Police".

With the vote-on-the -go devices, all the moderator's will get instant answers; this feedback will be an excellent starting point for discussions.  The conference culminates in the traditional Fair Play Gala, those into co-organising and co-securing football matches in Poland receive accolades.
