The PTDL congress is a very important event both for laboratory diagnosticians as well as for producers and distributors of apparatus, reagents and materials used in medical laboratory diagnostics. The meeting will be an opportunity to discuss and present the latest scientific achievements as the agenda includes  15 thematic sessions which feature top specialists. The latest achievements in the field of laboratory diagnostics are discussed. The scope of the meeting includes discussions on laboratory evaluation of immune system disorders, molecular tests in oncology and laboratory diagnostics in haematology, endocrinology and diabetology.  PTDL Congress offers  30 workshops with representatives of leading manufacturers and distributors of innovative diagnostic equipment. Lecture by SYSMEC - a producer of information technology for medical laboratories is devoted to detecting iron deficiency and preventing anaemia; Swiss medical concert Roche introduces a new bedside blood glucose meter, a German company EUROIMMUN  discuss the diagnosis of infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis and whooping cough.

The convention is accompanied by the exhibition, which brings together  51 companies from Poland and abroad - i.e. producers and distributors of the most modern diagnostic solutions. Additionally, in E expo hall scientific work recapitulations are presented at a special poster session, a part of the Congress.
