The gala opening of the 31st International Defence Industry Exhibition. Important words at Targi Kielce

"The international situation makes the strengthening of defence capabilities and the modernisation of the army a key measure for improving the security of each country. MSPO - for many years now ranked among the three most important exhibitions of the defence industry in Europe - has its share in this process," said Andrzej Mochoń during the opening ceremony, President of the Management Board of Targi Kielce. There were also many other important opinions

Sebastian Chwałek, president of the Polish Armaments Group, the strategic partner of MSPO, noted that "The International Defence Industry Exhibition is an event without which we cannot imagine the development of the defence industry in Poland." Mariusz Błaszczak - the Minister of National Defence, recollected the previous expos.

When we met a year ago, we said the 30th expo was the biggest in history. The 31st MSPO is even more prominent in terms of exhibitor interest and exhibition space. This is undoubtedly our success;  our common success, which serves the purpose of defence enhancement in the Republic of Poland, but also peace on the eastern flank of the North Atlantic Alliance.

The formal opening formula of the was offered by the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, who in his speech emphasised that he was happy to congratulate on this great event organisation. MSPO size means the development of our Polish, Świętokrzyskie expos related to the security industry.

The opening ceremony was graced by the performances of military bands, Polish and Korean, and a show of taekwondo masters.  The Minister of Defence Procurement of the Republic of Korea also addressed the public. Mr Bogdan Wenta, Mayor of the City of Kielce was also present.
