The Apticote 200 range of coatings comprises high technology polymer-based formulations offering outstanding non-stick, mould release, low friction and low wear properties. Apricote 200 helps to remove products from casting flask. Coatings also provide excellent protection against chemical corrosion, even in the most hostile work environment.
Apticote 300 covers a range of anodising processes, including hard, sulphuric, chromic, tartaric sulphuric acid and boric sulphuric anodising. Each of these processes offers its own unique benefits, from maximising hardness to ensuring the highest levels of corrosion resistance and lowest impact on fatigue strength.
Apticote 350 - series of products for hard anodizing with a polymer composite combines the hardness of alumina with lubricating properties, abrasion resistance and corrosion protection of fluorocarbon polymers. The polymer is permanently encased in the structure of the newly formed anodized layer for hard, permanently lubricated polymer-ceramic surface.
