The range of award-winning products that have been around for nearly three decades is very diverse and  includes powerful agricultural machines packed with electronics, as well as smaller innovative products, software, technologies, and means of agricultural production, such as seeds and fertilizers. The entries are carefully reviewed and appraised by a competition jury panel of industry experts. The meeting is chaired by an eminent specialist, PhD, Engineer  Andrzej Seliga from the Institute of Technology and Life Sciences - the National Research Institute (Warsaw branch).

The Jury Panel members’ opinions are based on the analyses of the functional properties of the products, operational parameters, ergonomics and safety, efficiency of use, energy consumption, quality and aesthetics of workmanship, impact on the natural environment. The aspect of novelty in the market is also essential. The jury panel's assessment is entirely objective.

The chapter also comprises the representatives of institutions strongly associated with the agricultural industry. The Warsaw University of Life Sciences, the Department of Organic Agriculture and Food Quality of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Institute of Plant Breeding and Acclimatization - National Research Institute in Radzików, the Łukasiewicz Research Network of the Industrial Institute of Agricultural Machines in Poznań, the Institute Plant Protection - National Research Institute in Poznań, Świętokrzyskie Agricultural Advisory Centre in Modliszewice, Institute of Cultivation, Fertilization and Soil Science - National Research Institute in Puławy, Institute of Zootechnics - National Research Institute in Krakow, Agricultural University in Krakow, Institute of Technology and Life Sciences - National Research Institute Branch in Warsaw. This group also includes Kamil Perz, the Agrotech Project Director at Targi Kielce.

Any Agrotech exhibitor can register their product and join the competition. The product must be showcased during the event.

The Agrotech Gold Medals will be awarded at a gala ceremony of the Agrotech Expo on Friday, 14 March.

The 30th International Fair of Agricultural Techniques AGROTECH is held from 14 to 16 March 2025 at Targi Kielce. We look forward to seeing you!
