Almost 600 region inhabitants filled out the online survey designed to examine the local labour market awareness. Among students, graduates, employed and unemployed the Kielce exhibition and congress centre has proved to be the most desirable place to work. One in five respondents (21%) indicated Targi Kielce as a dream employer among all companies operating in the Region. In the ranking Targi Kielce was followed by Kolporter (17 percent), Echo Investment (16 percent). and Kielce Waterworks (9 percent).

Having analysed the preferences, the event organizers, i.e. the Youth Forum Leviathan of Świętokrzyskie Region, the Union of Rural Youth, the Young People's Party Forum decided to create a perfect model of an employee. Thus they organised the "The labour market for the brave ones" conference. The employers' representative sat at a discussion panel - Bozena Staniak, Vice President of Targi Kielce told about the work specificity of Targi Kielce, apprenticeships programs and for young people and most and least desired positions in the company.
