Targi Kielce launches an extensive cooperation with Qatar

Targi Kielce and Qatar-Poland Business Council established cooperation - the objective is promotion of the Kielce institution and its individual expo in Qatar, as well as the participation of merchants and exhibitors from this country in joint events. QPBC will also support Polish companies’ participation in industry events in Qatar. The contract was signed in August.

MSPO, PLASTPOL, Expo-Gas, Metal, Aluminum, Agrotech, SlavicB2Beauty - these are just some of the events that attract the interest of companies from Qatar, the country whose largest sectors of the economy, include LNG mining and export, production of chemicals, polymers and aluminium. In 2022, delegations from several Qatar companies representing various industries were hosted in Kielce.

The presence of Targi Kielce in Qatar was initiated by the signing of a trilateral agreement with the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC) and QPBC on 5 December 2021, during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Poland to the State of Qatar. This is the first relationship established between the leading exhibition centres from Qatar and Poland.

QPBC is an independent organisation based in Doha, supporting trade, investment and technological relations between Qatar and Poland.  The Chamber regularly organises the Qatar-Poland New Tech Forum conference and B2B sessions between entities from both countries. Poland is an attractive production and logistics centre for Qatari partners, as well as a gateway to the markets of the European Union. Qatar is an excellent platform for the expansion of Polish products and services in the regions of the Persian Gulf, South Asia and East Africa.
