The "See how much has changed!" plebiscite was held for 16 days; The viewers Regional TVP national television and Internet users had the chance to be introduced to the 80 most interesting investments which enjoyed the support of the European Funds (5 investments from each province). Plebiscite participants were allowed to cast one vote for their a chosen investment in a particular region. All plebiscite entrants were selected by journalists and experts, however it was the Internet users who had the final say. Voting procedure ended at midnight April 29.

Targi Kielce modernisation and expansion was ranked second in whole Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship. The winner is the Centre of Swietokrzyskie Mountains' Tradition and Tourism.
