The 7th International Fair of Rural and Agricultural Tourism AGROTRAVEL is to be held in Targi Kielce this weekend; in addition to the exhibition this is also a venue for a whole-array of content-based conferences.  The programme includes a unique conference focusses on the Swietokrzyskie Tastes Factory, - a part of a regional project. The project aims to show and publicise the places which serve regional cuisines based on natural and organic ingredients complemented with local products on sale. All products are typical for Sandomierz, Opatów, Ostrowiec and Kielce.

From 2013 until now the  Swietokrzyskie Tastes Factory project has encompassed trainings for 80 people designed to introduce them to traditional local products. The project results also include the publication, which presents 90 recipes from all corners of the regions. A map for tourists which depicts all culinary treats along trail is to be published too.
