EURO-LIFT - the expo abounds with new products and technologies. The new products galore includes the presentation on the Fermator and Enginova expo stand - this will be the showcase for cab and landing  door  The doors have been designed for medium and high volume traffic. The door can be used for elevators with the speed of 2.5 to 3 m/s. With over 20 years of experience, the producers have been able to develop the drive that tackles at 360 cycles and hour or a maximum drive load of up to 360kg. New, more durable and robust rolls have been introduced as significant change to the current drive; thus rolling resistance has been reduced and at the same time the service-life and performance of other components increased. The diameter of the door rollers in its premium version is as much as 65 mm!

The car door rolls are made from special-composition of metal alloys. The use of a rubber-coating significantly reduces the rolls' noise level with no compromise on the roll strength. The cabin door drive is based on synchronous PM motors. What is more, the new power supply system allows to reduce power consumption down to 20W per cycle and 4W for a standby mode. 80% efficiency enhanced with the standby mode makes the drives more environment- friendly. And this is what customers pay much attention to these days.

A new feature is the optional inverter with CAN bus communication. The reduced dimensions of the new PM motor allows for full integration inside the cab; thus the drive width is the same as the width of the door-sill. Owing to the fact  that the cab control mechanism and the stop mechanism are located opposite each other, mechanical stress on the parts which come into contact has been substantially reduced. Premium AM cab control mechanism are compatible with all previous shaft doors.
