OSCE Summit in Łódź attended by the 57 states' representatives. The event has been prepared by Targi Kielce!

The summit of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe takes place in Łódź on 1 and 2 December. The high-profile session is attended by representatives of 57 countries primarily foreign-affairs ministers. Targi Kielce has been responsible for developing the architectural concept, implementing it and conducting the event.

It is worth recollecting that  The agreement related to the OSCE Ministerial Council in Łódź was signed on Thursday, 27 October. The signatories - Targi Kielce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The preparation of the European summit held at the beginning of December is the first event of this scale to be organised by Targi Kielce outside the expo centre,  the company joined the tender together with the Warsaw-based El Padre Event Agency. The task of the consortium established by both companies, with Targi Kielce in the capacity of the leader, is to develop and deliver an architectural concept, and conduct an event for 1,300 people.

 

The Targi Kielce team, with the Congress Centre Director Andrzej Kiercz and the Exhibition Department Director Arkadiusz Krzeczkowski, employees of the technical service teams, the main power engineer, expo stand design, art studio, ICT and administration, worked for several weeks to make the looks befit the top European standards. The goal has definitely been achieved,  the congress space looks truly impressive. The employees watch over the event's course.


Representatives of 57 countries meet in Lodz on 1 and 2 December. According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, the meeting participants are here to discuss the security situation in the OSCE region in the face of unprecedented challenges posed by Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The Łódź summit is the recapitulation of Poland's presidency in the OSCE.
