The International Fair of Road Construction Industry contents partners gather in Kielce to discuss the road-industry related most topical issues. During the jubilee expo edition, the IBDiM held a conference focused on the most advanced equipment designed to enhance road safety. Among the thematic panels there was one on "Computer simulation as a tool to support testing-ground research" or "Road safety equipment - research and testing."

The session was also a discussion platform for "New generations of protective barriers which increase the level of traffic safety." The meetings were chaired by the industry's best experts, including Michael Karkowski and Jacek Trzeszkowski of IBDiM, and Krzysztof Matusiak (CRAsh SC), Maciej Maslowski (Fiedor BIS) and Christopher Pilarski (Intermetal). The meeting ended with a joint discussion on the projects presented in the course of the meeting and the project results.
