My TexStyle at Business Fashion Environment Summit 2024

The summit, organised by Vogue Polska and Boston Consulting Group, focused on sustainable solutions for the textile industry, innovations, and the environmental impact of clothing production. Representatives of the My TexStyle expo were also present at the event!

The Business Fashion Environment Summit is the leading annual sustainability conference in Central and Eastern Europe. The event brought together global business leaders, environmental experts and innovators to discuss sustainable solutions and outline the fashion industry’s future.

BFES in Warsaw features the most influential figures in the fashion and textile industry met on one stage, including:  Agnieszka Kulas, Managing Director & Partner, BCG, Anaïs Durand, Marketing & Communication Director, TOUS, Dilys Williams, Prof., Director of the Center for Sustainable Fashion, London College of Fashion, UAL and Nikola Vuković, Vice President Value Creation Management, adidas.

In 2024 the industry grapples with significant change, thus the speakers delved into global governance and policymaking. Discussions also covered the impact of global crises on fashion, supply chain transparency and traceability, the importance of green investments, and the role of innovation in driving the industry forward, from next-generation materials to eco-design.

My TexStyle could not miss the opportunity and join the seminar - the International Expo of Textile Machines, Materials and Accessories is held from 7 to 9 May 2024 in Kielce exhibition and congress centre. The convention was a great opportunity to learn about industry trends and establish relationships with new partners.
