Effector volleyball players vs cooking

Last weekend the EcoFamily Expo featured culinary skills demonstrated Kielce's famous sports people.

There was a special cooking Vip Zone - the stage for representatives of Korona Kielce and Effektor to present their culinary skills. Grzegorz Pająk, Rozalin Penchev and Andreas Takvam from the Effector showed the real taste braised short beef rib with crispy salad and Belgian potatoes. The volleyball fans and all those who came to visit the EcoFamily exhibition were of the same opinion - the dish has an exquisite taste; it was also of individual character.

Before Effector's presentations,  Korona Kielce had also held a mouth-watering presentation. Kamil Sylwestrzak and Michal Janota, Korona Kielce players, had decided to cook gourmet beef cheeks braised in red wine with crispy vegetables and carrot mousse.  All organic and ecological products the chefs needed have been provide by EcoFamily exhibitors  . Good advice for sports-people who have turned cooks was offered by professional and experienced chefs.
