The company Rösler Oberflächentechnik presents high-speed vibratory finishing machines featuring enhanced grinding. These new machines facilitate machining elements of both small and larger sizes quickly and efficiently. DACPOL exhibits its innovative stationary infrared camera for making actual time temperature measurements in the range of -20–300 °C. It communicates with a PC with special software through a LAN network. The software makes it possible to link 4 cameras. The main feature of the software is the capability of monitoring the images, carrying out temperature measurements, as well as an alarm control system. What is offered by RSI is AL85PLUS, which joins without the necessity to use a fluxing agent all alloys of aluminium and galvanized iron with all aluminium alloys. The temperature of the soft solder (380° C - 420° C depending on the alloy) prevents deformations of the object in the machining process, with a tensile strength of up to 85 N/mm2 being achieved. AL85PLUS can successfully be utilized in fields such as industry, foundries, repair workshops (cars, motorcycles), as well as in pattern making and general repairs.
