IGG’s new strategy!

01 December 2025
The Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry (IGG) – co-organiser of the EXPO-GAS has announced the adoption of a new development strategy that sets the direction of the organisation's activities for the coming years. The document has been created in response to dynamic changes in the energy sector, in particular to the challenges of energy transformation and the growing role of decarbonised gases such as biomethane, hydrogen, and synthetic gases.

The main assumptions of the strategy were presented during the Chamber's conference "Sector Strategies in a Transforming Economy", held on 19 November in Warsaw. The new IGG strategy defines the key partner of the gas fuels sector in Poland. The strategy indicates working to develop "green gas", supporting technological innovation, and representing the industry in the process of creating energy policy at both national and EU levels.

The adoption of the strategy also coincides with the refreshing of the Chamber's visual identification. IGG has presented a new logo that highlights the organisation's development direction related to decarbonised gases and better responds to the needs of modern communication, especially in digital media. The latest identification will be implemented in successive stages.

The strategy has been made available to conference participants in printed form, and member companies that were unable to attend the event will receive the document by post. It is also possible to obtain a strategy in the form tailored to individual needs.

The cooperation between Targi Kielce and the Chamber of the Natural Gas Industry in organising EXPO-GAS has, for years, strengthened the event's substantive nature and fostered the exchange of knowledge about the most critical industry trends. The new IGG strategy is another step towards the development of a modern, innovative and low-emission gas sector in Poland.
