Hosted Buyers at Kids’ Time 2027. A dedicated programme for buyers and new business opportunities for exhibitors
Kids’ Time 2027 is all about concrete trade contacts and making the best use of participants’ time. The Hosted Buyers programme is designed for professional buyers looking for new suppliers, innovative products and opportunities to grow their partnerships. A tailor-made participation package will leave them free to concentrate on meeting the manufacturers and distributors exhibiting at the fair.
Business meetings arranged before the trade fair
One of the programme’s key features is the chance to pick out products and suppliers of interest in advance and book one-to-one business meetings.
Hosted Buyers accepted onto the programme will be required to attend five face-to-face B2B meetings during the fair. The organiser will draw up the meeting schedule, helping buyers make the most of their time at Expo Kielce.
For exhibitors, it is also a chance to present their products directly to the people who make purchasing decisions.
VIP package and extra benefits for buyers
The organisers have put together a special package for Hosted Buyers, which includes:
- a VIP Pass to Kids’ Time 2027;
- personal support from the programme coordinator before, during and after the fair;
- pre-arranged business meetings and a matchmaking service;
- accommodation for up to two nights, plus meals;
- an invitation to the exclusive exhibitors’ banquet;
- access to the dedicated Hosted Buyer Lounge;
- information materials in print and digital form;
- free participation in the programme, with no cancellation fees.
The programme is designed to provide comfortable conditions for trade talks and for building relationships across the children’s products industry.
Who can join the Hosted Buyers programme?
The programme is open to shop owners, distributors, representatives of international retail chains and professional buyers interested in products for children and mums.
Product categories in demand include pushchairs, car seats, toys and games, baby care products, cosmetics, textiles, school supplies, and arts, crafts and hobby kits.
Buyers can apply directly to the organiser or be nominated by an exhibitor wishing to invite its key customers to Kids’ Time. Every application is vetted, and successful applicants are notified by email. The process takes around five working days.
The deadline for applications is 1 February 2027. Places are limited, subject to availability.
Kids’ Time: two days focused on business
Figures from the last edition bear out the event’s business potential. In 2026, Kids’ Time drew visitors from 32 countries; 62 per cent of attendees were key business decision-makers, and 68 per cent said their main reason for coming was to find new suppliers. What is more, 46 per cent were attending the fair for the first time.
The Hosted Buyers programme is part of the new two-day format of Kids’ Time 2027, centred on productive trade meetings, networking and international cooperation.
On 25 and 26 February 2027, Expo Kielce will become the meeting place for buyers, manufacturers and distributors keen to grow their business and discover the latest products for the children’s market.
