The Congress was held under the banner of   "Successes and Challenges of Poland's Cycling Policy"; it brought together in the Parliament building representatives of local governments, experts, parliamentarians and representatives of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, NGOs and ... Targi Kielce Congress Centre's delegation.

The National Congress for Cycling Development's objective is to present the best political cycling practices exercised in the European Union member states, to initiate cooperation for cycling development and enhancement as well as to show Poland's successes in this field. The   Kielce exhibition and congress centre's representatives could not miss this crucial event owing to the fact that Targi Kielce  is the organizer of the International Fair of Bicycle Industry KIELCE BIKE-EXPO.

In less than five years not only has the expo been promoted to first place of the national ranking;  it has also become one of the Central and Eastern Europe's best business sector's events. The quality of services has been recognised by BCC which has granted the event with the European Medal.
