The Society of Jesus' accolade for Kielce City Mayor Wojciech Lubawski and the Chairman of the City Council Tomasz Bogucki

The SACROEXPO gala was also the opportunity to express gratitude and thanks.

Father Kazimierz Długosz acted on behalf of the Society of Jesus' General Ryszard Glowacki Father Kazimierz Dlugoszand bestowed the Mayor of Kielce Mr Wojciech Lubawskiemu award presented by the Society of Jesus order. The accolade was presented in recognition of support for pastoral centers and Polish diaspora communities and endeavours designed to disseminate the faith, culture and Polish traditions. The distinction in the form of the statuette is awarded to only one person a year only; this is the highest commendation presented by the Society of Jesus for Polonia.

The award was presented to the Chairman of the City Council Mr Tomasz Bogucki. The Medal bestowed upon Mr Bogucki is presented in recognition of support for pastoral centers and Polish diaspora communities and endeavours designed to disseminate the faith, culture and Polish traditions. The award was only presented to two people this year.
