CUTTING-EDGE LIFT INVERTER

08 september 2014
Amtek puts on show its new products at the EURO-LIFT 2014

The new Frenic Lift LM2 is the successor of the well-known and successful series of lift inverters - Frenic Lift. The new inverters, in addition to the installation ease, provide for a greater comfort and a simpler programming. Frenic Lift LM2 is also a response to the customers' growing demands - - it features certified safety functions. Frenic Lift LM2 does not require a contactor at the output, it is capable of working with PM motor with an encoder mounted on the friction wheel's circuit; in emergency situations it can work with no encoder, it is able to select the power-save mode. A monitoring system for ropes and belts in a plastic matrix has also been introduced in addition to mechanism to release safety stops and to assist bringing the cabin down by the use of gravity.

For the first time  Fuji Electric introduces less expensive encoders for synchronous motors - in addition to the EnDat2.1 and 2.2 standard there will also be the possibility to use cheaper encoders with SSI, BiSS or Hiperface® protocol. Given the tendency to reduce engines power,   the offer was extended to include three-phase inverters with 2.2 kW capacity. The new Frenic Lift will be available in the power range from 2.2 kW to 45 kW for 400V mains power and 2.2 kW for 1-phase 230V power supply (intended for home elevators). Frenic Lift LM2 - improved reliability confirmed with a 3-year guarantee.
